Hats Not Hate

Often times, you may ask yourself: How can you address the social epidemic of bullying that is plaguing our society? How can you make a difference? We present you with the opportunity to participate in the Hats Not Hate service project. Every year, they donate hats knitted from blue thread to schools around the US to empower students to stand up against bullying. For each hat you create, you will receive 4 service hours, and you can get a maximum of 40 hours. We greatly encourage you all to make one hat of any shade of blue and drop it off at Coconut Creek High School. The deadline to submit the hat(s) is May 20th.
